Greg Palkot is a veteran American journalist best known for his long career with Fox News Channel. He currently serves as a London-based senior foreign affairs correspondent. His work has taken him to many major international news locations, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, North Korea, the Middle East, and Europe. Because of his extensive experience, many people searching for his biography also want to know about Greg Palkot salary in 2026.
The exact amount Greg Palkot receives from Fox News has not been publicly confirmed by the network. Several biography websites publish different estimates, so those figures should not be treated as official salary information. One 2026 biography site estimates his annual salary at about $150,000, while another source gives a broader range of approximately $47,000 to $120,000. These differences show why online salary figures need to be viewed cautiously.
Who Is Greg Palkot?
Greg Palkot is an American journalist and senior foreign affairs correspondent for Fox News Channel. He has spent decades reporting international stories and has built a career around covering major global events.
According to Fox News, Palkot joined the network in 1998 as a correspondent. He is based in London and reports from the network’s London bureau. His work has included terrorism, military conflicts, political developments, international crises, and major events involving the United Kingdom and Europe.

Greg Palkot Salary in 2026
The most important point about Greg Palkot salary is that there is no official public Fox News figure available for 2026.
Online sources provide different estimates. Biographygen reported an estimated salary of around $150,000 per year in a February 2026 article. Another biography source has previously listed a much wider estimated range of $47,000 to $120,000 annually. Neither figure has been confirmed by Fox News or Palkot himself.
Therefore, it is more accurate to describe his salary as an estimated figure rather than a confirmed amount. His actual compensation could also include benefits, bonuses, travel arrangements, and other employment-related compensation that is not visible in public sources.
Why Is His Salary Difficult to Confirm?
Television journalists generally do not have to publicly disclose their employment contracts or annual salaries. Fox News also does not publish individual correspondent compensation figures on Palkot’s official profile.
This makes online salary estimates difficult to verify. Different websites may use different assumptions based on job title, experience, employer, location, and industry averages.
Palkot’s position also makes simple salary comparisons difficult. He is not an entry-level reporter. Fox News describes him as a senior foreign affairs correspondent, and he has worked for the network since 1998.
